参数说明:clip_image012、clip_image014为橡胶支座短边长度和长边长度,可参考下文中表格确定;

(3)钢结构网架橡胶支座,桥梁橡胶支座,网架隔震垫块中间加劲用薄钢板,应采用符合国家标准《碳素结构钢技术条件》(GB/T700-88)规定的Q235钢或符合国家标准《低合金结构钢》(GB/T1591-1994)规定的Q345钢和Q390钢。其屈服点、抗拉强度及厚度的偏差均应符合国家标准《普通碳素结构钢和低合金结构钢薄钢板技术条件》(GB912)的有关规定。

设计板式橡胶支座时,应按要求计算确定,同时应满足以下的构造要求:

(1)板式橡胶支座的平面尺寸短边(clip_image012[1])与长边(clip_image014[1])之比,一般可在1:1~1:1.5的范围内采用。为便于支座的转动,短边应放置在平行于网架跨度的方向,长边则垂直于网架跨度的方向;同时应根据工程地质条件、抗震设防要求以及网架下部支承情况等,正确选用和合理布置橡胶支座。
